Flatfile 1.1 released

We’re excited to announce today our first major update to Flatfile!
R
We listened to your feedback and completely overhauled image handling to make image galleries load 3-4x faster. It’s now even easier for visitors to quickly flip through your site, even with a lot of details and videos.
P
Videos and music players in the sidebar — great if you’d like to share music, sound, or a video in a caption. To find out how, take a look at our music player embedded on the demo site.
3
Also see how Zachary Keeting, a New Haven based painter and musician, is already putting the new features to good use.
`
If you’re hosted at flatfile.ws, you don’t need to do anything — you’re already up and running with 1.1. Check out your site and experience the snappier performance.

Thanks for using Flatfile!
